Using the website
This website and the parent, student and staff portal are provided by Withubb Edu to share information and to support learning and administration. Please use them honestly and lawfully.
- Do not try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Do not upload material that is unlawful, harmful or infringes anyone's rights.
- The school may suspend access where these terms are broken.
Portal accounts
Accounts are created by the school for students, parents and staff. Keep your password private and change it if you think someone else knows it. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell the school straight away if you suspect misuse.
Admissions
Applications are made through the online admission form. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. Information and documents you provide must be accurate; the school may withdraw an offer that was based on false information.
Fees and payments
School fees and other charges are set by the school and shown on your invoice. Online payments are processed securely by the payment provider, and the school does not see or store your card details. Keep your payment receipt as proof of payment.
Your information
We collect only what the school needs to run admissions, teaching, attendance, results, fees and communication: for example names, contact details, parent or guardian details, academic records and documents you upload.
- It is used to provide education and school services, and to contact families about them.
- It is visible only to staff who need it and, for their own records, to the student and linked parents.
- We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers (such as email, SMS and payment services) only as needed to deliver the service, or where the law requires.
- You may ask the school to correct your information or to explain what it holds about you.
Messages
The school may send emails and text messages about admissions, attendance, results, homework, fees and school events to the contact details on record. Please keep those details up to date so important notices reach you.
